This event received support from three levels of government. Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau; Ontario Premier, Doug Ford; MP Mary Ng; MP Shaun Chen; MP Paul Chiang; MP Jean Yip; MP Francesco Sorbara; MPP Logan Kanapathi; MPP Billy Pang; Mayor of Markham, Frank Scarpitti; Regional Councillor of Markham, Alan Ho; and Councillor of Markham, Isa Lee all sent congratulatory messages to express their good wishes for the successful event, though they could not attend in person. MP Shaun Chen made a special visit to the event to deliver a speech, praising the Gifted People Services for their contributions to the community's multiculturalism, and presented a certificate to the center.
