Zero Tolerance Policy
At Gifted People Services, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals we serve and our staff.
Any behavior or language that undermines the well-being or dignity of others will not be tolerated, and swift action will be taken to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone involved.
Immediate measures will be implemented in response to the following incidents:
Individuals may be requested to leave the premises, authorities may be contacted, or individuals may be barred from accessing our services.
Disruptive Behavior
Actions that disrupt the peace and safety of our center, including but not limited to:

Physical aggression or threats of harm

Intimidation

Damaging property

Unwanted physical contact

Non-compliance with center policies and agreements

Refusal to adhere to directives from staff
Inappropriate Communication (in person, via phone, or any other form of communication):
Verbal or written expressions that are:

Abusive or loud

Disrespectful or demeaning

Offensive or derogatory

Discriminatory

Threatening
-
Bullying or harassment
