G.P.S. Charity Mooncake
in support of employment for autistic adults
Origin
To celebrate the warm reunion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Gifted People Services once again collaborated with Xiang De Zhai, a renowned pastry brand from Tianjin China, to launch a series of customized mooncake gift boxes filled with love.

Unlike ordinary gift boxes, these mooncakes carried special meaning — they were carefully packaged by the adult program students of the Genius Service Center. Under the guidance of their teachers, the students divided tasks, worked together, and put their blessings and hopes for the festival into each box.

Although every movement was simple and slightly clumsy, it was filled with sincerity and dedication. Each mooncake box represented not only delicious quality but also a symbol of inclusion, participation, and love.
This year’s Mid-Autumn Sale was a beautiful example of collaboration — bringing together professional craftsmanship and heartfelt effort, allowing the community to share the joy of giving during this golden season of reunion.

The employment of autistic adults is a topic of great concern to parents. The children are older and, although they are out of school, they need more help and a gradual adjustment, both in terms of skills and communication. To have more friends of the same age, to participate in the work, integration into society, play their own good things, is the earnest hope of parents, the child is also a source of happiness and confidence.

In recent years, G.P.S. has increasingly focused on children over the age of 18, making efforts not only in developing social classes and day care services, but also in training adults for employment and finding suitable programs to help children integrate into the job market.
